Problem with Dreambox Dm 500S

I have a Dreambox DM 500S and I recently did a factory reset but now I am unable to watch Intelsat 5.I have tried to scan this satellite
but the only sat that is scanning is Astra 19 east.Can anyone offer a solution for this problem?

I at one time looked into buying one of these boxes and changed my mind after finding out the process of setting one up. It requires the instillation of at least 3 different apps in a particular sequence. One was the satellite file. I have viewed a Dreambox -Dm500s setup video on Youtube and I was able to solve the problem.Thank you very much.
