a friend of mine has this problem so I did a little research and his browser is locked up ..he can turn computer on and click on the blue e which is the internet explorer or browser and it will not do any thing and he tried to close it out and it still will not respond ...I am going to his house tomorrow and fix it for him ..I found this on the internet to fix it ..
